I use a reliable and trusted courier for nationwide delivery. He is a one person service and may require assistance unloading from the van when delivering to you. If a two person delivery service is required, please advise at the time of purchasing, an additional charge may be required.
Delivery costs are included in the selling price of your item, however for the Highlands and Islands please contact me as additional charges may be required.
Please unwrap and check items upon delivery. If there is any damage to the item please contact me immediately.
If you have changed your mind on your item then you have 14 days cooling off period in line with distance selling regulations, where the item can be returned.
You will be responsible for paying any return delivery and packing costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued if the item is returned in perfect condition.
Please note that tailored and customised items do not fall within these guidelines and are non refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
